Let me write down just one more story, unless more happens. I write these as frustration therapy and don’t actually intend to ever look at them again.
I’m saying this a bit early, because I’m probably gonna clunk out before the clock hits twelve (or at least I want to but my relatives would skin me alive before that happens). I hope you have a Happy New Year! I know I’m starting off with a faceplant (aka, read on if you want to hear complaining).

Submitted my passport application and got my picture taken! They said the picture came out well, but I was definitely doing something weird with my lips lol
Unrelated, this is my three year old phone. It’s more like a personal alarm than anything else though. I don’t text or call people much.
Breakfast was traumatizing. We had leftover steak from yesterday so I asked my mom to cook some greens, because I don’t like to eat meat by itself. She prepared some and they were so delicious-looking that I scooped up nearly half a bowl-full of them. I assumed all the while that it was spinach, because I lack the ability to differentiate between leaves of plants.
I was very wrong.
They were bitter melon leaves. :’|
If you’ve never had bitter melon before, I want you to imagine the bitterness of baker’s chocolate and fuse it with a vegetable.
This week wore me out, and I couldn’t properly work on the next page. I always seem to be able to draw gaudy things like this though lmao. If I don’t update with at least one more page next week, I probably decided to call a hiatus early. OTL
